Returns & Exchanges

At Alana Maria, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Alana Maria packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
